Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to facilitate training for employees in Customer Care, at the National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), Grenada.
As a trained facilitator, it is expected that the incumbent will impart skills and knowledge that would ensure NAWASA Possess a compliment of staff effectively trained in Customer care, with the ability to realise an increase in productivity, the building of effective customer experience and to contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The Facilitator must possess the following:
- Attainment of relevant teaching /training certification;
- At Least (5) years’ experience in delivering training and development programmes and in particular customer care provision, within the service sector.
Remuneration will be based upon qualification and experience.
